Osanda Nimsara is a renowned lecturer in English Medium Economics and Business Studies in Sri Lanka. A proud alumnus of Nalanda College, Colombo, he holds a B.Sc. in Finance (Special) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and is a Chartered Accountancy Finalist.
With over four years of professional experience as an Executive at a leading audit firm and more than one year as an Accountant at a prominent Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, Osanda brings strong industry exposure into the classroom bridging theory with real-world application.
During his ten-year lecturing career, Osanda has delivered outstanding academic results. From his very first independent theory batch, he produced three District Firsts in Gampaha, Badulla, and Batticaloa, along with two Top-10 Island Ranks in the Commerce stream.
Most notably, his students achieved Island 2nd , 3rd , 5th places and Three consecutive Gampaha District 1st places (English Medium) in the 2024 & 2025 G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
